Clinical background

Clinical experience includes working with adults and children that presented with a range of psychosocial and behavioural challenges, as a result of adverse effects from psychological trauma. This includes those affected by Domestic Violence, Homelessness and War.

Therapy Modalities

My clinical approach in the therapeutic setting is a collaborative, non-judgemental and client centric one, where clients are active participants in determining their counselling goals.

Treatment modalities I use include: Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Couples therapy, Mindfulness-based therapies, Motivational interviewing, Person-centred counselling, Psycho-education, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, and Solution-focussed therapy.

I provide a non-judgemental, culturally sensitive and safe place for my clients to share their life challenges. Its a highly collaborative therapeutic environment, they set their counselling goals and I tailor my psychotherapeutic approaches accordingly.

Couples Counselling

1hr
$270 Per session

My approach to couples therapy entails taking into account the perspectives, feelings, values and core beliefs from both parties. The couple will set their own counselling goals guided by the clinician, so that common fulfilling goals are achieved.
