Leanda works with adults, kids, and everything in between. You will find her warm, non-judgmental and dedicated to finding the recipe that works best for you. She approaches her work with energy, creativity and a sense of fun. Her's speciality is working with people who are experiencing intense emotions like sadness, anxiety, panic, anger, grief and trauma. For adults, this doesn't always look like an intense emotional outburst (some teens call this “going psycho”), it can look like being on edge, wound up and impatient. It can also look like excessive tiredness, crying a lot, not wanting to see friends, or finding it hard to enjoy things. And it can even look like drinking or eating too much! For kids it can look like yelling, tantrums, excessive clinginess, acting out, or avoiding things that most kids are okay to do. Leanda's other speciality areas are social skills, eating disorders, and pain management. Areas of Interest:

Chronic Illness and Cancer, Life Stage Transitions, Grief and Loss
