David Crisci

David Crisci a consultant Naturopath and Pharmacist that practices and embraces Holistic and Functional medicine. He has completed extensive training in Natural and Nutritional Medicine and also has completed his International Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Regenerative/Functional Medicine through an Australian and USA based organisation (A5M/A4M) and now is a Board Certified Diplomat. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Medicine. He has been practicing this type of medicine for over 10 years and on a regular basis interacts with many world recognised health care consultants.

David aspires to help you restore your optimal health and look to validate and formulate customised recommendations based on functional testing (blood, saliva, urine and other validation methods). He will also be using Heart Quest to measure Heart Rate Variability to look at human biorhythms and regulatory systems.

He has introduced the PandoraStar Deep Trance Light Machine. A powerful light entertainment device, PandoraStar uses flickering light to guide your brain to experience a range of beneficial states of brainwave activity, which can then be used for the purpose of healing your body, balancing your emotions, training your brain and expanding your mind. David welcomes the opportunity to assist new patients, to achieve their optimal health.

Sonia Tzerefos

Sonia Tzerefos is an experienced Naturopath and Western Herbalist, who has been in private practice for many years. We are delighted that Sonia has relocated her practice to join our team at Integrative Health Solutions. Sonia has a strong knowledge of functional pathology and supplementation. She values a team approach to your health care and is familiar with many protocols that our Integrative Doctors utilise.

Sonia Tzerefos is a qualified GAPS practitioner and has a special interest in diet and nutrition. Having worked with diet change in her own family, she has seen the benefits this can have on overall health. Sonia's other areas of interest include:

Yvonne Brimson

Yvonne is a Naturopath and Homoeopath having worked over 20 years in health as
a Nurse, Naturopathic Educator and State Manager in the Nutraceutical field.
Yvonne has Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and a Diploma Applied Science Homeopathy.

While previously working in the Intensive Care Unit, Yvonne developed a high regard for medicine, however with the prevalence of hereditary health predispositions and the impact on health from modern diets and lifestyle Yvonne recognised a higher need to seek preventative health measures leading her to study Naturopathy.

Yvonne specialises in digestive disorders, stress, energy and fatigue, nervous system support, skin issues and women’s health including natural fertility and menopause. Being postmenopausal, Yvonne’s strength is supporting women naturally through Peri Menopause and transformation through Menopause.

Consultation goals are for you to get to know your body better, addressing your individual needs, discover and understand possible causes of issues, aid your body’s pathways to function at their best capacity using diet and lifestyle recommendations and, when required the use of nutritional supplementation, herbal and/or homeopathic medicine. Functional testing may also be implemented.

With her medical background, Yvonne’s passion is to work collaboratively with doctors and other Allied Health care professionals where needed. Yvonne is an advocate of synergistic, integrative healthcare and may refer you to other Healthcare professionals and body work therapists at Integrative Health Solutions.

Bookings can be made online with Yvonne, Telehealth appointments are also available and rebates may be available through your private health fund.
