Intense emotions and traumatic situations are imprinted in the body and memory and can affect behaviour, attitude and happiness until resolved. This can include birth trauma, early childhood traumas and recent trauma.
This experiential and holistic approach empowers you by supporting self-discovery using a wide range of methods. It involves more than just talking about the problem, and provides the opportunity for real and lasting change.

Sandplay Therapy: Representing an issue symbolically provides a new perspective and potential solutions.
Symbol Work: Objects from nature, figurines, ornaments etc. are arranged in the sandtray to communicate andprocess feelings, explore issues, and assist with decisions.
Sandplay Therapy allows access to the deeper aspects of the psyche to be worked with naturally and in safety often providing insights and information for healing.
Body Focus: Body symptoms or psychosomatic signals such as headaches, stomach cramps, backache and body pain, offer clues and vital information for identifying and working with emotional issues. Somatic focus can be a starting point for therapy by tuning in to your body, and becoming aware of physical sensations, emotions and images using the process of visualisation to identify and explore emotional and physical blocks.
Voice Dialogue: A process, which gives voice to the different aspects of your personality and identifiesMandala inner voices that suppress self- esteem and self-confidence.
Expressive Drawing and Writing: Used as a means for recording, expressing, reflecting, processing, releasing and integrating emotions.
Emotional Release Processing: A safe way of working with and releasing strong emotion that is often at the core of negative behaviour patterns.
Meditation and Relaxation Techniques: There are many forms of meditation and visualisation is just one of them. For people of all ages learn meditation and / or simple but efficient ways to relax, reduce and manage stress.
