The schools basic philosophy is to share the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong by offering classes and instructional Dvd's that are affordable for everyone. Classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels are offered. One on one tuition is also available.
Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient exercises for building health, balance and longevity. The exercises work on the whole body and mind.

Grant has been practicing Tai Chi and Qigong since 2006 and teaching since 2012. Grant has learnt (and continues to learn) from a number of teachers including several Chinese Masters (Master Liu Wan Chun from Wanchun Tai Chi, Grand Master Lu De He, Master Han Jin Song from Tai Chi Australia, Master Chin Min Lian from Celestial Tai Chi and Master Peter Wu). Grant currently trains with Chris Dell and his teacher Master Liu Wan Chun.
