I formulate a well documented step-by step individualised program for each client, that is 'workable' for them and their current circumstances.

I will recommended testing, where appropriate and taking into consideration budget constraints. Testing I commonly use include Great Plains Organic Acids Test and MycoTox Testing,  Shoemaker’s VCS Test, Dutch Hormone Testing, Mediscan’s Hair Mineral Analysis, genetic testing and stool testing. The testing allows for targeted nutritional protocols and supplements. It allows me to formulate a step by step plan to systematically address the underlying issues driving the symptom picture. Additionally, some testing may be recommended through your General Practitioner and available through Medicare.

My clients have free access to recipes, menu plans, trouble-shooting worksheets, fermenting videos and numerous helpsheets to assist them on their journey.
