Treat a symptom by fixing the cause
The centre opened in August 2013 and the goal was to provide a holistic approach to identifying and balancing physical, mental and emotional problems. The treatments used at The Jade Healing Centre are from the Chinese and Shaolin culture due to their holistic approach to a person’s ailments. We, westerners, are now starting to realise how much the physical and emotional are connected and need to be treated together not as individual issues.
RoTai is an ancient acupressure trigger point treatment that developed from within the Shaolin culture approximately 3200 years ago. It works on meridian, neuro-vascular, adrenal and lymphatic points and has proven itself to be a safe, effective method of relieving acute pain and injury. Used regularly it can help reduce or eliminate common and recurring injuries.
RoTai provides a holistic approach to identifying and balancing physical, mental and emotional problems. Our licensed practitioners use muscle monitoring to identify the area of stress, pain, or imbalance within the muscles, ligaments, tendons and organs to determine exactly where the correction is needed. RoTai can also identify and resolve areas of mental or emotional imbalance that affect personal growth and your ability to function effectively in the world (e.g. stress, learning difficulties, and relationships).
With only a handful of practitioners world wide who are trained in RoTai, it is a privilege to be able to provide this rare treatment for you here at The Jade Healing Centre, Penrith.

From the weekend warrior to elite athletes injuries are a common occurrence in sport and exercise. They may result from accidents, poor training practices, use of improper protective gear, lack of conditioning, and insufficient warm up and stretching. The sports injuries may be either acute (sprains, fractures, tears) or chronic (tendinitis, overuse injury) injuries.
We know all too well in todays busy world taking time to look after ourselves is always last on the to-do list. We ignore the little pains and move on as we have no time, "she'll be right" or "I’ll get to it later" are often how we treat our own injuries.
RoTai can help with those common, everyday injuries that when ignored become chronic pain that affect your movement, sleep and ability to enjoy your life. Stress, a common and often ignored reaction to your life, can negatively impact the body over long periods of time.
Our practitioners can help relieve the effects of stress by activating our bodies natural Rest and Recover systems so when your stress returns your body is better prepared to manage the reactions.

It can be roughly defined as using compassionate mental action and physical touch, energy healing, shamanic healing, non-local healing, or quantum touch.
