The Benefits and Advantages of listening to Guided Meditations
Guided Meditations arenít always necessary. In fact, everything we provide can be achieved in one's own mind without help. However, having a guide can be highly beneficial in achieving powerful results quicker and to help you.
Is meditation safe?
Yes. All of our meditations are created and performed by James Cole, a professional hypnotherapist, trained in the art of meditation and developing transformation at an unconscious level. James has studied meditation in many forms since the age of 16 and is now qualified as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Advanced Matrix Therapies and Advanced Hypnotherapy.
Where are the classes held?
As of January 2018, we will be starting a new meditation group in Frankston, held at The Garden wellness centre. We are looking at starting groups in Berwick and Dandenong in the next few months, once suitable locations are found.
