Gestalt Therapy is an experiential, present - centred and holistic approach to promoting and supporting human growth and potential. It aims to make the individual "whole" again by re-integrating dis-owned parts of the personality.
Gestalt Therapy focuses upon what a person is experiencing right now. It involves opening to that experience and exploring the meaning of that experience, letting it unfold, allowing whatever arises to be there as it it without judgment.
Supervision
Since 2002 Jane has supervised counsellors and psychotherapists on a one to one and group supervision basis. She currently facilitates the following Supervision group.
