I have been receiving Remedial Massage as well as Reflexology from Jane since February 2010 on a weekly basis and it is my pleasure to recommend her highly.

I have received massage since 1968 on an irregular basis mainly because competent therapists are very difficult to fmd and also because I have spent a lot of that time in different locations both in Australia and abroad. I can assure you that Jane is amongst the best.

Her vast knowledge and experience is evidenced by the fact that she is a lecturer and supervisor at Nature Care College and also a presenter at workshops and seminars for the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

One of the most important of Jane’s abilities is intuition, a quality that is quite rare but extremely important to set those that have it, way above the rest
If any further information is required please contact the writer.
Yours faithfully

I was having a massage one evening at the College where Jane teaches and she showed the trainee a technique for my hip and pelvis. First time for a very long time, I had such instant relief from the discomfort I had been putting up with, that the next day I called the College to track Jane down.
I now see Jane on a regular basis, most visits are because of the ongoing problem which is nowhere near as bad as it was, but others are just as treat to myself after a particularly long week of sifting in front of computers. I have to say, after each visit I feel great and either instant relief of the discomfort or within 24 hours.

The thing I love about Jane is she actually listens to you and will work on the areas that you discuss together and she will try various massage techniques to find what works for your problem.
I have spent thousands on other alternative services for my problem and I just wish I found Jane ages ago! from Marie Wheeler

Jane is a highly skilled and wonderful therapist who I cannot recommend highly enough.
I started seeing jane for shoulder issues. Quickly, I began to experience permanent and profound improvement.

I soon realised that after each session I felt wonderful. Now, I cannot be dissuaded from regular massage and always look forward to leaving, feeling like an angel floating on a cloud

I have known Jane Gregory as a professional massage therapist for over 10 years. I began using her services when she worked for Pure Massage at Willoughby and then followed her when she went into her private practice.

The simple reason that I have continued going to Jane for massage over that period of time is due to the quality of the service she provides. She is an expert at trigger-point, deep tissue massage. However, one of the things that I have been interested to observe has been Jane’s growth as a therapist into new areas and techniques such as myofascial work, hot rock treatment and extensive stretching. As Jane has added these new abilities to her repertoire, they have been of direct benefit to me in the way she has been able to approach the task of relieving pain, muscle tension and tiredness in my body.

Jane has many fine points as a massage therapist. Among these I rate highly her ability to analyse and draw out from her clients the reasons why they may be repeatedly presenting with the same conditions, her “body knowledge” whereby she remembers how one’s body presented last time and what may be different this time (this without prompting from the client) and her constant inventiveness in approaching difficult massage challenges. Finally, Jane understands the limit of massage techniques and is open about recommending a different modality - or medical treatment - if she thinks that may be the best course for the client.

My work regularly causes muscle pain and damage. This, unfortunately, ranges from large muscle tightness from working with power tools, to fine muscle lockup from working with small hand tools. Jane is consistently able to deal with and treat the various and sometimes unusual body problems with which I come to her. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking relief from headache, pain and muscle stress.
