I am a Wellness Consultant specialising in Naturopathy, Homoeopathy, Healing Intuition & MindBody Wellness.
I have had a life long passion for the holistic use and practice of Natural Therapies, living simply & naturally, connected to nature, eating whole vital foods & using vital medicines. Over the last 30 years I have also incorporated various MindBody Wellness practices as part of my own self-care and love sharing these techniques with my clients and students. I initially trained as a massage therapist before training as a Registered Nurse. I then went on to study, homeopathy, naturopathy and various energy modalities. I also facilitate workshops as well as lecture at Endeavour College of Natural Health & Tutor for RMIT for their online MindBody Wellness subject.
I believe in the concept of nutrition/wellness for the body, mind, soul and heart, using the modalities I practice to facilitate clients to achieve greater harmony, vitality and balance in body and mind; to live with increased kindness, love and gentleness in their own relationship with self, others and the planet through making healthy choices vital medicines, vital foods, vital lifestyle. I aim to facilitate empowering clients to increase their awareness and consciousness to their own wellness needs with the tools to incorporate into daily life.
About your wellness consultation
Your MindBody Wellness consultation may include a combination of healing intuition and energy work, nutrition & healthy food awareness consultation, utilising a traditional holistic naturopathic, conscious approach to wellness. Any lifestyle, emotional, mental, environmental, spiritual, & physical issues / disturbances to health are also discussed.
Wellness Recommendations may include nutritional products, homoeopathic remedy, changes to diet, healthy eating plans, MindBody Wellness coaching, conscious health & healing tools and referrals. I also work with Australian Bush & Bach Flower essences, Herbs and Aromatherapy/ Essential Oils.

To facilitate and promote health and wellbeing, recognizing that true health combines vital bodies and lifestyle, with vital & positive thoughts and mental practices, balanced emotions with a practical daily spiritual application. I aim to facilitate continued self empowerment by educating and giving practical tools and information to clients and the community.
