I am dedicated to treating "THE WHOLE PERSON" as an individual. I honestly believe that by targeting the cause of the illness, not merely its symptoms, and then using specific herbal preparations, homoeopathics, clinical nutrition, vitamins and minerals to restore the function and tone of disordered organs, aid digestion, stimulate immunity and promote recovery from illness, I can begin to heal the body naturally, without the harmful side effects of drugs and surgery.

BACK PAIN I specialise in treatment for back pain and all other muscular disorders.

WOMEN'S HEALTH is an area in which I am particularly interested, and this includes infertility problems, PMT and Menopause. The discomforts of PMT and menopause such as irritability, weight gain, hot flushes, mood swings, cravings, fluid retention, headaches and skin disorders are caused by an imbalance in the hormones (the body's chemistry) and so, by treating this hormonal imbalance naturally, the symptoms are eased and usually disappear. Herbs, together with clinical nutrition are extremely effective in the correction, in many cases, of infertility difficulties.

I enjoy working with CHILDREN and treating disorders from which many of today's children suffer such as hyperactivity, allergies, anxieties and skin conditions, for example, ECZEMA.

I practise IRIDOLOGY which is a unique non-invasive form of diagnosis where the iris is viewed and by skilled analysis, any signs noted can be related to specific organs and systems of the body.

NATUROPATHY treats a wide range of complaints such as colds and flu, back and neck pain, arthritis and rheumatism, headaches, fatigue, childhood illnesses, menstrual disturbances and infertility, asthma and skin disorders as well as digestive and bowel problems.

MASSAGE is a drug free, non-invasive pain-relieving type of medication. Whether it is for stress relief, muscle aches and pains, pain management due to injury or just a "time out' for yourself, the benefits are amazing. Massage can help you sleep more soundly, feel better about your body, improve medical conditions and even fight off colds - NO WONDER IT FEELS SO GOOD!


Tips for Skin Beauty:

  • Keep skin well hydrated by drinking plenty water, about 6 - 8 glasses per day. Limit your caffeine and alcohol intake as these dehydrate the body.

  • Vitamin C helps to keep your skin firm and elastic, so include plenty of foods rich in Vitamin C in your diet such as oranges, Kiwi fruit, Grapefruit, Mandarines, Pawpaw, Strawberries, red and green Capsicums and Peas.

  • Don't be afraid to eat the " Good Oils" such as Nuts, Avocados, seed oils and fish. They also provide Vitamin E, a key nutrient for glowing skin.

  • Wheatgerm, Oysters, Clams, Scallops, Lamb and Legumes are all good sources of Zinc, which helps to repair damaged skin and prevents it form becoming dry.
