My preferred modality for counseling is Mindful based. Which means working in the now and being present with what is. It is the most positive and useful way to work. It’s great because it helps you accept you as you are. YOU.

I am a mobile Clinical Counsellor I choose to do my counselling this way, as it is more relaxed and informal. We can walk and talk have a cup of coffee or find a place where you feel comfortable. OR I do have a room in Forster if you would prefer that.

MY BACKGROUND.

At present I am Co-Coordinator of the Women’s Shed in Forster for the Forster Neighborhood Centre. Every Thursday at the Arts Centre Little Street 1030 to 130

I also volunteer my counseling services there one day a week so if you are in financial difficulty OR on a pension it is free.

I have worked in the area of Healthy Body Healthy Mind for over 30 years. Working in Alternative Therapies and Counselling.

I have worked with Youth in the area of Drug and Alcohol. I produced a DVD for kids on the effects of Marijuana called “Greening Out” for schools and libraries. It is still available through ClickView.com Website.

I have also worked in Quantum Bio-feedback for depression, anxiety and relaxation. Other areas I work with are Relationships and Trauma.

My fees are

$55.00 mobile
$60.00 at my rooms.

1 hour counseling session. $55.00
