Jessica completed her five years of Osteopathic study at RMIT University, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complimentary Medicine), and a Master of Osteopathy. She was initially drawn to osteopathy by its fundamental belief in whole body unity- an interest she was able to explore comprehensively through university and post-graduate anatomy studies.
This knowledge now underpins her approach to treatment and inspired her passion for teaching anatomy at both RMIT and Victoria Universities.
Having worked prior to this as a remedial massage therapist, Jessica has a wealth of experience in managing musculoskeletal complaints ranging from sporting injuries to work related aches and pains. She also has a particular interest in women and children’s health and wellbeing.
A sound appreciation of the body’s capacity for self-healing and self-regulation forms the basis of her treatments; with this in mind, Jessica utilises a wide range of direct and indirect techniques to facilitate restoration of tissue health and joint mobility.
For Jessica, life outside of work is an active one. She is involved in running, swimming, yoga and pilates on a regular basis.
