So..... which diet works best? Is it the paleo? The clean-eating? The gluten-free? The intermittent fasting (the 5-2 diet)? The liver cleansing? The dairy-free? The 'sugar-free'? The low-fat? The low-carb? The Atkins? The Dukan?.....I know, I am missing quite few!
It really is a minefield out there when it comes to 'diet' and nutrition advice. Unfortunately, a lot of this information is not only misleading, it is incorrect, and could possibly do you more harm than good.
There is no 'one-size fits all' when it comes to which diet is best for each person. We are all different, with different biological make-up, different health conditions we may be managing, different backgrounds, cultures and home life.
