All smokers get to a point where they want to quit eventually, but for some reason they just can't.

I help smokers understand what's going on in their brain so that they can literally re-wire it to stop smoking for good, making them feel like they had never started smoking in the first place

Stop Smoking For Good With No Cravings

The Smoking “Habit”

The first thing that you will need to understand when it comes to smoking is that it is definitely not a habit. I used to be a smoker, and this was exactly my belief, but it’s simply not true.

Habits are not this hard to break. If you ask a pregnant mother to stop smoking for the health of her baby, she can do so for 9 months, but the whole time she is thinking about smoking, and often goes back to it when she’s had the baby.

What other “habit” can you break for 9 months only to go back to it in the end.

Maybe I can give you an example that’s a bit closer to home for most smokers. How many stories have you heard about a smoker that stops smoking for 6 months, but takes it back up again because of some form of stress in their life?

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. If you stopped smoking for 6 months, it’s no longer a habit, so why would you go back to it?

The truth is, smoking is not a habit, and because you’ve been conditioned to believe this, every time you try to quit smoking then go back to it, you feel like a failure.

You are not a failure. Nothing is wrong with you. All that has happened is that you’ve become addicted to nicotine.

Every Smoker Secretly Wishes They Never Started

Understanding is power, and the sooner you understand your addiction, the sooner you can take control of your life, you can control the smoking addiction rather than letting it control you.

Now that you understand that smoking is not a habit, it’s an addiction, it’s easy to see why every smoker secretly wishes they never started, even if they tell you they smoke because they love it, the truth is, they love the feeling they get from it, not the act itself.

And that feeling the smokers get is nothing more than addiction.

If you really paid attention when you’re smoking, you would begin to see that what you really love about smoking is that feeling of connection.

When you’re addicted to cigarettes and you aren’t smoking, you feel a sense that something is missing, but you can’t quite figure out what it is. Then as soon as you light up and take that first puff, that feeling disappears.

That feeling of missing something is called addiction, and the only joy you get from smoking is satisfying that addiction. But you really don’t actually enjoy smoking.

Don’t believe me? Ask yourself this. Would you tell your child (or a child that you love if you don’t have any children) to start smoking because it was the best decision you ever made?

The answer I get to this question from every client is an emphatic “No”. Because every smoker secretly wishes they never started.

Understanding Is Power

As I said before, understanding is power, and that is exactly what I am giving you at the moment, the power to understand at a deep level why you continue to smoke even though you don’t want to anymore.

The power to understand why you have never been successful at quitting cigarettes in the past.

The power to understand why, even if you have a health scare, you would continue to keep smoking, and would probably continue to smoke even if you were told “If you have one more cigarette in your life, ever, it will kill you”

The reason isn’t because it’s a habit, it’s because it’s an addiction.

What About If I don’t REALLY Want To Quit On Some Level

The main thing that I hear from my clients after giving them the power of understanding is that they are secretly afraid that on some level they don’t want to quit, and that this would sabotage their success.

So let me put that fear to rest.

What I am offering you is not slavery. You’re already a slave to cigarettes, I’m not going to then enslave you to become someone who can’t stop thinking about cigarettes since they quit. In fact, every one of my clients have told me that they don’t even think about smoking after they quit.

What I am offering you is the power of choice.

At the moment you don’t have a choice. You want to stop smoking, but you can’t because you are addicted. What I am offering you through hypnosis is the choice to stop smoking if you wanted to.

If, after speaking to me, you decide that you don’t want to actually quit smoking yet, that’s fine, you can continue to smoke.

In fact, even after our sessions if you decide to keep smoking, you can do that too, because I am offering you the power of choice.

I am offering the power to CHOOSE to quit smoking for good, to CHOOSE to rewire your brain so that it feels like you never started smoking in the first place, to CHOOSE to never be bothered by the nicotine addiction again.

There’s nothing to be afraid of here, I’m giving you a choice to take back your power and control in your own life.

Re-Wire Your Brain With Hypnosis

Hypnosis is method I use to re-wire your brain. It’s the easiest and fastest way to get to the root cause of your problems, because it allows you to communicate directly with the sub-conscious mind. 

Your subconscious mind holds the key to resolving all of your issues. Your subconscious mind is the creative, waking mind. It never sleeps, it remembers everything, and it responds to the emotional self, which is why it is the creative mind. 

The conscious mind is the critical thinking mind. This is the mind that deals in logic, that tells you "No, that's not possible, you can't run 100m in under 10 seconds!" (Usain Bolt did it in 9.58 seconds).

In hypnosis, we bypass the conscious mind, we allow it to go to sleep so that we can access your subconscious mind. 

We then work together to understand how, why, when and where you formed your beliefs that are causing your problems today. 

Once we understand your problem, you can literally re-wire your brain. Science shows us that we can create new neural pathways in the brain that cause us to form new habits and new beliefs, and the easiest way to access that part of our brain that creates new neural pathways is through hypnosis.
