Yoga & Meditation
If you can breathe – you can do yoga! Any body can do yoga and anybody can participate regardless of age, fitness or flexibility. Your body might not be flexible but yoga is. It can be modified and adapted to suit your body – wherever it’s at. The poses and flow can be personalised and tailored specifically to your needs and goals. I provide a warm and supportive environment for you to find comfort and ease as you enter your Hatha Yoga journey with me.
I currently offer two weekly yoga classes and one weekly meditation class, although the Relaxation/Restore class is very meditative as well (see my personal website for full details of all of theses classes):
1. Foundation Hatha Yoga (Beginners class)
2. Restorative/Relaxation Classes
Wednesdays 10am-11.30am and some un-timetabled weekend classes that pop up from time to time (follow me on Facebook for details)
