About me

I help busy professional women and men too, who are struggling to balance all that life is demanding. So that they can keep in touch with desires and hopes made that have become lost on the bottom of their to-do lists.  As a specialist counsellor, communications leader and human relations trainer with more than 30 years of experience, I am able to offer a unique service to people to help them reconnect and have more competence and certainty about life.  I also offer a high level of support to parents juggling their families and professions. I am the National Trainer for anyone wishing to qualify to deliver the above programs.
