The Feldenkrais Method is a type of physical instruction intended to enhance your capacity to function movements of everyday living, work and recreation. This strategy builds up your mindfulness and awareness inside yourself and with your surroundings.
In Feldenkrais lessons we utilise gentle movements and guided attention to enhance your ability and improve movement. Feldenkrais is helpful for enhancing one's ability, knowledge and ease in any activity one wishes to get better in.
Recent research affirms the astonishing potential for the mind to learn and change in a way that was beforehand not believed to be conceivable. Feldenkrais lessons tap into the colossal limit of our sensory system to learn better approaches for working – the neuroplasticity of our cerebrum.
The revelations Moshe Feldenkrais made through his own experience and investigation of how to change the mind to enhance one's ability to act in the world are currently being upheld by later experimental studies.
