Studio Pilates is great for reducing pain, injury rehabilitation as well as support during pregnancy, postnatal period and menopause. Pilates is highly recommened in preparation for hiking, skiing, marathons, pre-surgery & also helps during post-surgery recovery.
You’ll get loads of individual attention as our group classes are a maximum of 4 people. You are always practicing your own program. Balancing your body from head to toe. Gaining more endurance, strength, stability, flexibility and of course, core awareness & strength with our Reformer, High Barrel, Caddi and Wunda Chair as well as more traditional & modern Pilates equipment.
When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays by appointment.

Soul Dance with Genevieve
SoulDance is a fun, soulful and diverse movement class designed for groovers of any experience level! This class is all about shaking, curving and dancing your body in new and wonderful ways! A combination of African and Latin styles blended with conscious movement and freeform dance, this is the perfect way to start your morning on a gentle, nourishing high for your mind body and spirit !

Yin Yoga is a very powerful and profound practice that is suitable for all individuals, even if you have never attended a yoga class before.
WHEN: Monday 7am thru spring and summer class is on Queenscliff beach unless raining
