Yin Yoga

Get still, Stretch, Deepen your breath and clear your mind…

Yin Yoga is a very powerful and profound practice that is suitable for all individuals, even if you have never attended a yoga class before.

WHEN: Monday 7am thru spring and summer class is on Queenscliff beach unless raining

Shanti Dharma runs meditation classes for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

The beginner classes concentrate on stress management and relaxation. Whilst advanced classes are concentrated towards deep personal transformation.

When: Every Thursday at 7.30-8.30pm

Cost: By heartfelt donation on the night

This class is currently open to all levels and can be considered a “drop in” class. The space is AMAZING!

Kundalini Yoga

It’s Yoga but in a different form.

Kundalini Yoga utilised ancient, previously secret and powerful techniques originating in India. Practicing Kundalini Yoga will help to raise consciousness so we can better understand ourselves and live a more harmonious life. A regular Kundalini Yoga practice builds the capacities of self-awareness and inner strength in order to alleviate negative emotional programming and help you fulfil your highest potential.

Qoya with Jill

Qoya is a movement practice for women that invites them to feel themselves. Through movement, we remember our essence as Wise, Wild & Free. Qoya is a bit like meditation, yoga and dancing in the living room with your friends.

Classes: Tuesdays at 7:30pm

Cost: $30/session or a 10 pack for $250

Satsang Meditation

Satsang is a Sanskrit work that means “gathering together for the Truth” or, more simply “being with the Truth”. Our Sunday Satsang classes incorporate of blessings, guided meditation, chanting and devotional song to fall deeper into Truth. The final outcome of it all is feelings of wellbeing and connectedness.

When: Sundays, 9:30 – 11am

These Satsangs are run by heartfelt donation on the day ($20-$30 suggested).
