Michele, the principle instructor here at Be Still & Chill, is incredibly passionate about how effective tailored Pilates classes and programs can be. She utilises Pilates & Massage to balance your (and her own) mind, body and spirit. Reduce swelling, tension & pain. Stimulate energy, enhance strength, stability, immunity and endurance.

Your initial consultation will include a movement and postural assessment. Our Instructors will develop a customised Pilates program specifically suited to your goals and your body. A customised Pilates program will bring you back into balance so you can be the best possible version of yourself.

You can have the option to choose between small groups, Trios, Duos, 1x1 sessions, 4:1 sessions. Private sessions are generally utilised for chronic and acute injuries.
