Hi, I’m Karen and whether it be through Reiki, Transpersonal Art Therapy or Kinergetics I am passionate in helping you to gain access to your full potential.   With compassion and understanding, I can assist you in bringing clarity to life’s challenges that may be holding you back, assisting you to find a path forward so you may realise your dreams and aspirations. 

After developing an interest in alternative healing, I completed my reiki training to Master Level. In 2008 I completed a diploma of Transpersonal Art Therapy, this giving me an insight into assisting you to understand and navigate stressful and demanding times you may be experiencing in your life. 

Challenging times can be eased with the knowledge of what may be occurring, and the tools to assist in the breakthroughs connected to these experiences in your life.  Further adding to my skills, in 2014 I studied Kinergetics, a healing modality that accesses the emotional and metaphysical causes of dis-ease. Using healing energy to clear blockages, and bring the body into alignment, Kinergetics can enable profound change to occur.
