Remedial Massage

Soft tissue injuries, or pain management and injury prevention, are the focus of this type of massage. It combines relaxation, sports, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy with active and passive muscle release and stretching. 

Your treatment may include myofascial cupping therapy if deemed necessary. Stretches and exercises at home may be recommended for optimal results.

Sports Massage

Sports massages are often thought of as treatments for professional athletes only. The truth is, however, it is widely used by people who are into fitness whether they do it once a week or daily. It has been proven to relieve muscular tension and prevent the accumulation of lactic acid in your body.

Deep Tissue Massage

Although deep tissue massage and relaxation massage share similar techniques, they are used for different purposes. In contrast, relaxation massages target the muscles’ surface layers to help warm them up, whereas deep-tissue massages target the muscles’ deeper layers to release any soreness or strain.
