Lymphoedema

When lymphatic nodes or vessels are damaged or poorly developed lymphoedema can occur. The risk of developing lymphoedema seems to be a lot higher for individuals who have had several lymph nodes removed following a surgery from cancer or those who have undergone radiotherapy.
