Yoga is different for us all and everyone comes to practice yoga for different reasons. A lot of beginners come to us with the aim of becoming ‘more flexible’. Using Yoga, you can improve strength and flexibility and whilst doing so you can help to manage a specific ailment/condition. Throughout you will guide you through a range of postures, give you insights into the benefits of the practice and where necessary give you specific modifications. Some moves and postures you may find difficult to begin with, however, given practice and working within your own physical limitations, you will soon notice a difference. The practice of yoga is suitable for all individuals from office workers, tradies, children, athletes right through to seniors.
