Today, as i strolled through the streets near my home, I noticed the little green sprouts on trees and flowers signalling the oncoming spring and was struck by the symmetry of Mother Nature renewing the earth each year and the body's ability to educate each of us, on what we need to RENEW ourselves. I've studied Kinesiology, so that I can add to my nearly 30 years of Western Nursing experience to offer my clients a path to renewing and finding their most perfect selves - their best version of self.

Services Offered

Kinesiology Treatment: through the gentle art of muscle testing, the practitioner is able to identify physical, emotional, mental and nutritional imbalances or blockages in the body, thus by stimulating the body's own natural healing ability and potential.

To support this healing journey, the use of either colour therapy, sound therapy, essential oils, flower essence remedies, meridian and acupressure stimulation, emotional stress release, etc... may be used to achieve this positive outcome.
