Services Offered

Panabaa Release

The Panabaa Release is a non-invasive and therapeutic method for treating the spine that aims to correct musculoskeletal problems and restore the body's posture to its neutral position.

A treatment releases restrictions in the muscles and tissues surrounding joints, especially along the spine.

By detecting the misaligned joints between each vertebra, a full spinal treatment is possible.

Panabaa Release is an effective treatment for a wide variety of problems, including:

  • Migraine
  • Carpal tunnel syndrome
  • Back pain
  • Sciatica
  • Neck and shoulder pain
  • Lordosis, kyphosis and scoliosis
  • Arthritis
  • Osteoporosis
Deep Tissue Therapy

It is a technique that uses connective tissue manipulation of the neck, back, chest, and legs to realign the body segments and to release chronic tension and muscular stress.

As the deep tissue is massaged, tense, shortened muscles, tendons, and ligaments are repositioned, restructuring the muscular system.

This is particularly useful for chronically tense and contracted muscles such as stiff necks, and tight shoulders and low backs.

Massage movements in deep tissue are slower, with deeper pressure targeting areas of tension and pain.

Traditional Chinese Massage

Acupressure or the Chinese Traditional Massage combines acupoint stimulation, soft tissue manipulation, joint alignment and energy regulation to restore balance and harmony in the body.

By promoting relaxation, the massage eases spasms, increases flexibility, and straightens the joints.

The principle of Chinese Medicine states that pain results from the lack of free flow of Qi, so Chinese Massage is a powerful pain relief treatment because it creates movement.

Steve Lockhart Myotherapy (SLM)

In SLM theory, every tension or blockage within the body has a corresponding tension point or blockage somewhere else that would also require release.

An SLM treatment combines acupressure and massage techniques to manipulate soft tissues. Combining these two techniques gives the muscles length and function, allowing them to function normally.

This technique creates a balanced state where all movement is in harmony with the rest of the body.

Scenar Therapy

The Scenar is a portable, handheld medical device for treating pain and physiological dysfunction.

It works by simultaneously locating and measuring problem areas to relieve pain and restore normal function.

In contrast to other therapeutic stimulation devices, it interacts directly with the skin.
