ABOUT

Mazona the founder of Kimora Reiki has been working with energy healing since child hood, where she would intuitively lay her hands on family members when they were in pain. In her early twenties she was led to Reiki, where her healing practice was nurtured under the guidance of Reiki Masters that had an understanding of how best to develop her natural intuitive healing abilities.

During the last 20 years Mazona has had the privilege of being mentored by Reiki Masters in England, Ireland and Australia. Her lineage can be traced back to the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui ensuring her practice is derived from the traditional Eastern teachings. Her Pellowah Master was taught by the founder of Pellowah, further ensuring a pure lineage of her dual healing therapies.

Overtime Mazona has developed her intuitive abilities enabling her to work with people and horses yielding notable results both on emotional and physical levels.

Her goal is to introduce as many people to the power of Reiki and Pellowah as possible, so that they may one day be as common place as current popular alternative therapies.

Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key meaning ~ life force energy), is a Japanese hands-on or off healing modality that promotes deep relaxation, clarity and wellbeing. It corrects the imbalances in one’s energetic system and recharges areas that are low in vitality.+

Equine Reiki

Reiki is ideal for use with horses because it can be given to any horse under virtually any circumstance, which means it is useful for fearful, wild or dangerous horses that cannot be approached.

Reiki doesn’t cause stress, discomfort, or pain, and yet it yields powerful results. For horses that are ill or injured Reiki can assist physical healing as well as provide pain relief; for example Reiki can speed recovery from tendon or ligament injury, laminitis or colic, it can also ease suffering for horses with arthritis by providing pain relief and reducing inflammation.

Highly-strung or stressed horses can benefit greatly from the soothing, calming effects of Reiki by helping them to relax and gain a sense of peace, making it particularly useful for horses who experience fear, aggression or anxiety. Because of its gentle nature Reiki can be highly beneficial for horses who have suffered abuse or emotional trauma by helping the horse to heal emotionally and spiritually.

Reiki can ease the dying process for horses through offering relief from pain, fear and anxiety. It also provides comfort and support, not only for the horse, but for it’s human companions as well.

Pellowah

Pellowah is an angelic word that means “Radical shift in Consciousness”. This type of non-contact healing technique is focused on the auric field of the client. The practitioner identifies and works to release blockages or imbalances, enabling the meridians and centres to realign.
