Modern day life can be stressful. Work, study, relationships, family, paying bills, old burdens that just won’t go away, not sure who you are or if you’re on the right path, health issues (aches and pains, digestive complaints, sleep issues)...Your life might be feeling out of balance.
We all get stressed and frustrated and can lose sight of what we really want out of life. Without support we can get stuck and are vulnerable of slipping back into the same old unhealthy patterns.
My name is Gina and I can support you to get your life back on track. My goal is to promote wellbeing and life balance. I like helping people get the most out of life. I can help you manage your stress, work through old patterns and find solutions so that you can become the person you want to be. I can help you recognize danger signs and regain a sense of control over your life.
I offer three types of therapy - kinesiology, counselling and creative arts therapy. You have the option to choose one or a combination of all three.
Children
Children also respond well to all three therapies. Often children mirror our stress. We live in a very fast paced society and like us children are under a lot of pressure. Common issues for children are learning difficulties, food intolerances, skin problems, sleep disorders, anxiety, inability to focus and poor self-esteem. I provide a warm, non-confronting approach to assist children and young people to gently express what they feel and find ways to deal with their life challenges.
