It's a small, intimate group of up to just FOUR participants, ensuring lots of individual attention during this class.

1hrStretch & Connect is a suitable class for beginners to yoga or regular yogis and is accessible to most (contact me if you’re not sure). A maximum of just four participants allows plenty of opportunity for individual attention. A typical Stretch & Connect
