Sports Leg Massage (30 mins) - $30

This rehabilitative sports massage increases the cellular nutrition within the body and keeps the muscle fibres in good condition. Thus, it makes the return to physical activity easier on the body. By incorporating Trigger Point therapy the muscles can be released and energy is free flowing. Stretching and flexibility techniques are also used to help the body maintain maximum efficiency.

I am a fully qualified Massage Therapist and have enjoyed studying massage and natural therapies.
I love to help others and I am passionate about people's health and well being.
My background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Recreation Planning and Management as well as certificates in the natural health, sport and fitness industry.
I have represented Australia in both Athletics and Cycling at World and Paralympic level.
Winning 2 Gold Medals at the 2000 Sydney paralympics in Track Cycling and holding 3 World Championship titles also in track Cycling.
Having received many massages from well known and elite Massage Therapists I understand the individual approach clients require.
