Often they bring about clarity and enthusiasm, and occasionally great inner changes that are recognised by all who know you. It is as though there is a newer, more positive person walking in the door to the one I had given the essences to only a few weeks prior. Although not all positive changes are so dramatically seen.  They often work more subtly, shown in how that person reacts, or in their new found confidence, their lack of fear, or ability to be happy and not afraid to be themselves.

Bush flower essences have been around for many years. Made popular by Dr Edward Bach, over 50 years ago, his essence ‘Rescue remedy’ is widely known. Prior to Dr Bach, they have been used by Paracelsus in the 15th century, and also by the Australian Aborigines.

Good physical health can be viewed as a result of emotional, spiritual and mental harmony. This is where Flower Essences come to the fore. They work by helping to keep your life running on course, to bring forth your positive qualities and act as powerful catalysts for helping you heal yourself. They also give you the courage and confidence to follow your path, the path you see that is intended for you. Helping to resolve negative beliefs and emotions, and bring about positive thoughts and emotions.

Bush Flower Essences work equally well when taken by children, animals and adults. You may have a specific emotional or mental condition, such as timidness or impulsiveness, which you would like to remedy. Or a physical condition, such as weight issues or constipation. All can be supported with the Australian Bush Flower Essences. They can be either incorporated into your Naturopathic consultation, or as a standalone consultation.

I look forward to your enquiries. Kay
