I graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2007 with Advanced Diplomas in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy and a Diploma of Nutrition and was awarded the Blackmores Award for Excellence in Naturopathy and the TMS Top Naturopathy Graduate.

My qualifications include Bachelor Health Science (UNE), Bachelor Arts (GU), PostGrad Dip (QUT), Advanced Diploma Naturopathy (ACNT), Advanced Diploma Homeopathy (ACNT), Advanced Diploma Western Herbal Medicine (ACNT), Diploma Nutrition/Certificate Iridology (ACNT) Primary Course Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM), Integrated Healing Cert, Cert IV TAE

My clinical approach is patient centred and integrative; I work on many chronic and complex cases with unusual symptoms. I draw on naturopathy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrition and supplementation, muscle testing, counseling and spiritual guidance to guide and inform a patient’s treatment process. Regardless of the interventions I use, my driving force is to achieve results.

Naturopathy is a comprehensive treatment approach that blends eastern and western herbalism, homeopathy, tissue salts, essences, nutritional and orthomolecular medicine, coaching and counseling.

Naturopathy is primarily focused on identifying and correcting the underlying causes of disease. It is safe to use in conjunction with mainstream medical treatment and naturopaths are trained extensively in herbal safety and herb/drug interactions. Naturopathy can be used to treat existing conditions; prevent or slow the development of certain conditions and optimise overall health.

Naturopathy is patient centred and puts healing back in the hands of patients who are encouraged to actively participate in their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health by adopting wise approaches to diet, exercise, lifestyle, healing and health optimisation.

Conditions like chronic fatigue syndrome, burnout, depression, anxiety, irritable bowel and other gut issues (inflammation, microbiome issues, parasites), migraines, hormonal disorders, lyme disease, post viral fatigue are all suited to tailored naturopathic treatment.

Over the many years I have been in clinical practice, I have seen thousands of cases improve and resolve with the intelligence of naturopathy and herbal medicine.
