What can you expect during your session?

Each session will begin with a conversation about what you would like to get off your chest, it's your time and you've got the floor! No interruptions or judgements, you get to talk about what's happening for you and how you are feeling. You are in a safe place so if any tears decide to show themselves, it's totally fine and very healing.

Spirit usually joins our conversation by channeling through me (although you would never know) and assists with your process.  After you've got it all out and expressed how you feel, we look at what you could be learning and how to go about processing and growing through your experiences, IF that feels like the best thing to do at the time.

Energy Therapy and Reiki?

When it feels right and you are ready, I get you up on the massage table (fully clothed) and while you lay there and relax, I clear your energy field of any slow moving and dense energy that will be weighing you down, making you feel heavy and tired. This dense energy is unresolved and unexpressed emotions that slow down the movement of energy around your body.

Then I replenish and rejuvenate your body with Reiki energy (pure clean Universal energy) that revitalises you. This energy is used by the body and taken to where ever it is required and continues to work on you for around 3 days. 

What does it feel like?

This part of your session is very gentle and very relaxing. You may go to sleep or you may not, your tummy may rumble and you may feel tingles, heat or cold, see colors or visions, or you may not. 

How will I feel after my session?

When you sit up you may feel light headed and spacey for a few minutes and that's because your energy is flowing again. After your session you will feel lighter, it will feel like a weight has been lifted from you and sleep soundly that night. You will notice you respond differrently to situations and things will start going your way a little more, and you will feel happier. 

But it takes more than one session to go from zero to one hundred percent! It will also require your input to change your life and how you feel about yourself.

What modalities do you use?

• We will look at how your name influences your way of being in the world and the life lessons you came in with through Numerology, because the more you know about yourself, the more you will understand and accept who you are.                                                 
• Basic Astrology is also used to get a greater understanding of who you are how you deal with life.                                                                                
• We will look at how you may be dissempowering and disrespecting yourself, how to change that through understanding and practical Universal Principles.                
• Human beings are very powerful, we just haven't been taught how to use our power in a deliberate and productive way. Every day you are creating your reality with your words and thoughts, you just haven't known about it. I teach you how to regain and use your personal power.                                               
• The main teaching of my work is Self Love and how to actually achieve that because it is so much more than pampering yourself.  I help you to understand rather than blame.
