Creative Body Rolfing and Pilates

I am a certified Rolfer and Pilates instructor who likes to work individually with clients to create greater ease and strength of movement. I trained in California and have been practicing for over 20 years, I did apprenticeships in physiotherapy and chiropractic environments and enjoy collaborating with your other practitioners to provide a holistic approach. Whether you come to me for Pilates or hands on structural integration my goal is to educate you, using both modalities, about your body and how to maintain better biomechanical balance. Ideally I will work with you so you can understand those movements and habits that interact with your structure to create pain, impingement and limitation in movement. We do this by working towards creating a relationship with your body that enables you to look after yourself and manage your imbalances by counteracting them with targeted movement and attention.
