I'm an accredited practising dietitan and qualified chef. Whilst still working as a chef, I studied for a Bachelor of Health Science part-time over 6 years at the University of Tasmania. Studies for my Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics were undertaken at Griffith University on the Gold Coast, before returning to Tasmania to work in a private setting as an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Over my 20 years working as a chef I have developed the abilty to adapt almost any recipe to suit your individual needs. I have a passion for fresh, fast and flavoursome food. Combine this with my knowledge of nutrition I can have you on your way to a healthier future in a flash

Highly recommended following your initial consultation, this session builds on your previous consultation/s adapts to suit any circumstances that may have changed and answers any questions you may have
Chronic Disease Management Plans
If you have a referral from your doctor with a chronic disease management plan you are entitled to a rebate of $52.95 from Medicare off each consultation

Menu development, Production protocols, and Nutrient density guidelines or recommendations are just some of the ways we can add value to your organisation

A 60 minute supermarket tour for groups (max 4 people, min 2 people) focusing on how to best choose: healthy, diabetic friendly, heart healthy or gluten free foods for less.
Topics can be tailored to suit the needs of the group
