Ultra Lite is a weight management program that will satisfy your appetite and cravings – with fast, sustainable weight loss and health improvements. It is a Ketogenic diet program focusing on using delicious healthy, whole foods to change how your body’s natural metabolic processes work. Your body will learn to burn fat to generate energy … rather than relying on carbohydrates and sugar.
The Ultra Lite program stabilises blood sugar levels, making it ideal for people with diabetes or metabolic syndrome and its effectiveness as a weight loss program can also help lower blood pressure and improve other weight related health problems.
The program consists of eating 3 meals a day and you are supplied with special sachets which you need to take in between meals 4 times a day. These sachets regulate your appetite, prevent sugar cravings, maintain muscle mass and provide all of your required nutrients.
It involves a quick urine check each morning to assess how much fat you’re burning. You are weighed and measured weekly by our experienced Naturopath to keep up motivation. It involves weighing food but the rewards are immediate. This program does not use meal replacements.
You can expect to lose up to 3 kilos in your first week of the Ultra Lite program and 1 to 3 kilos per week thereafter. Unlike many other quick weight loss programs, Ultra Lite will not deplete your body of vital fluids and muscle mass.
How the Ultra Lite Program Works
Step 1 – Initial Consultation
You’ll meet one-on-one with our Naturopath and establish your weight loss goals. In this session, you will have accurate measurements of your weight and body fat percentage taken to set a starting point.
You’ll learn all about Ketogenic diets, how the Ultra Lite program works and have all of your questions answered. You will leave with everything you need to get started including your manual, sachets and ketosticks.
Step 2 – Weekly Review Sessions
We stay with you all the way through your program, meeting with you once per week for a check-in.
We’ll also have a chat about your diet and how you’re feeling, answer any questions and help you to stay on track.
