Massage Therapy

Roxana trained as remedial massage therapist at Randwick TAFE. She started massaging at a large chiropractic clinic in 2014 and has continued this service alongside her naturopathic practice. She enjoys giving massage as a way to ground and nurture the client, offering the healing power of touch as well as utilising a targeted approach to relieve specific physical complaints. She applies myofascial release, deep tissue and remedial techniques.

Relaxation massage can improve blood and lymphatic circulation, helping to heal injuries, reduce injury risk and assist detoxification. It is excellent for promoting better quality sleep, improving concentration and reducing stress.
