Leanda is a qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Yoga & Meditation Teacher. She offers consultations at both Bribie island and Beerwah and also facilitates regular classes, workshops and health retreats. Full practitioner dispensary with Liquid herbs, nutritional supplements, flower essences and all your health product needs.
Leanda has been in the Health industry for over 14 years, and has a proactive passion for natural health. With over 14 years’ experience Leanda has a vast array of modalities and incorporates them within her consultations making her therapies quite unique. Iridology, Reflexology, Yoga therapy, Cranio Sacral therapy, body work therapy and kinesiology and Reiki are just some of the modalities offered. Herbal medicine, mineral therapy, diet and lifestyle plans are also offered in these treatments.
In 2011 Leanda studied in India and received her yoga teacher training and also a diploma of Yoga Education that brings her passion of Auyvedic medicine and yoga therapy into her healing modalities.
She teaches regular Yoga and Meditation classes and also offers private one on one classes and yoga therapy that provides clients with a detailed understanding of aliment for the body and person development to achieve their health goals.
Over the years Leanda’s has facilitated health and yoga retreats, workshops as well as public speaking on these topics to a number of different groups and events.
Leanda offers a combination of different therapies that promote an individual approach and to give the best treatment that suits the client’s needs. Working with helping release symptoms from health issues, body alignments, past trauma, phobias, cancer weight problems, diabetes. Leanda sees that nourishing the body, mind and soul as a whole is very important to see results in your lifestyle.
Leanda is the Co-owner of The Healthy Guru Beerwah. This business established 2013 as a Holistic health centre provi Health foods & Natural therapies.
