I have been working as a beauty and massage therapist on the Gold Coast for more than 10 years and have a strong belief in the healing powers of massage. Starting out as a beauty therapist, working in day spas and health retreats I began to specialise in massage studying Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation and corporate massage. Over the last 7 years I have developed my company, Lifestyle Corporate Health, working with many Gold Coast companies of all sizes.

I get great satisfaction out of treating people with massage and improving their wellbeing and I feel the services of Lifestyle Corporate Health help create a positive and productive workplace.
