Linda Hardey offers a deeper way of paying attention to yourself. This approach through the Feldenkrais Method, teaches you to recognise and reduce stress and strain in yourself, avoid injury and improve your movement and well-being.

Linda Hardey has worked as a physiotherapist in hospitals in Singapore; with disabled adults and children, state level athletes, as physiotherapist to soccer, junior footy and rugby union teams, as well as in private practice in Australia.

Linda developed a keen interest in biomechanics and the natural chain or flow of movement through the body. On discovering principles of the Feldenkrais Method Linda realised how much our habits influence how we organise our posture and our movement, and how we can engage the process of neuroplasticity to change unconscious destructive patterns.

Linda went on to pursue post-graduate studies in sports physiotherapy focusing on the importance of awareness in enhancing performance, before embarking on the Feldenkrais Practitioner Professional Training in Melbourne, Australia.

Linda now practices as a Feldenkrais Practitioner in Perth, Western Australia, seeing both adults and children in a 1:1 setting at her studio in North Beach, and conducts 2 Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement classes per week.

Linda runs 1-day and weekend Feldenkrais workshops.

Linda also enjoys walking in Star Swamp nature reserve, along the beach and swimming in the ocean.
