Live to Relax offers Remedial Massage with a difference, incorporating Trigger Point Therapy with Myofascial Therapy, Positional Release Technique for those stubborn knots with Painless Deep Tissue. Uses a combination of many styles from soft and gentle to deep massage with stretching, mobilisation and trigger point therapy as required. Musculoskeletal problems are addressed using advanced massage techniques.

My aim when treating a patient is to get him or her back to a normal life as soon as possible i.e. normal function of the joint with a full range of motion so he or she can walk, sit or drive properly without much pain. Most injuries require few treatments but we do our best to improve your condition from the first massage.
