Journeying is a significant aspect of Shamanic practice and a powerful tool for spiritual growth and healing. Any traumatic event experienced before birth or during childhood, in this life or in past lives, affects our beliefs and has the effect of splitting off part of our personality.

Journeying allows to discover, or rediscover, part of our story and recover the lost soul parts. Shamans call this practice Soul Retrieval, bringing back lost qualities and getting rid of the fears and beliefs, which were created in order to protect ourselves from more pain or trauma. Embracing these split off qualities allows us to improve our experience of the world, to stop repeating negative patterns and to allow the creation of new neural pathways that will influence our life and our choices.

The symptoms of Soul loss are similar to the psychological concept of disassociation. They include depression, a feeling of incompleteness, an inability to move forward on some issue, a feeling to have no control on your life and a general feeling of unhappiness.

The cost is for the facilitator time and the course.
