As well as teaching Power Yoga and Core Yoga classes at Muscle & Fitness, I have teamed up with Sam Stedman from Outer Limits Adventure Fitness to bring you YOGA IN THE PARK – Anzac Park, The Strand. These classes are on Thursday 6am, Friday 4:30pm and Sunday 7:30am but can be subject to change, depending on weather and any other events happening around Townsville. YOGA is for every single body. I teach a Vinyasa style class with options for everyone, whether you are new or have been a regular yogi, these classes will be of benefit to you. Private yoga sessions are available by appointment, also small group sessions and corporate yoga classes. Pilates & Core Conditioning can also be included in these sessions.
Also available for Corporate functions and events – Yoga warm ups & cool downs, Emmett Therapy recovery sessions.
