Remedial Massage

Is a treatment that manipulates the soft tissue- muscles of the body. Assisted and non assisted movement as well as stretches help bring about improved ranges of movement and the reduction in pain to the affected area.

According to the client's needs, test and a treatment plan are discussed to best assist the client.

Remedial massage also uses techniques such as cupping and trigger points release. Oil is used for gliding movement in treatments.

Pregnancy Massage

Is a gentle hot oil massage to reduce stress and tension in the back and hips. This is an all over treatment with the client lying on her side, gently supported with pillows and draped with towels. Relaxing the whole body.

Only available after the first 20 weeks of your pregnancy. A letter from your doctor to confirm that you are a low risk pregnancy is required.

Therapeutic Hot Oil Massage

Is a gentle much more relaxing massage. The use of hot oil helps glide over tired tight muscles, and promotes the rejuvenation of your body. Improving blood circulation and creating an overall feeling of well being.
