I draw on evidence based practice and practice based wisdom with a little bit of intuition.

My passion is to empower others to live a meaningful and conscious life.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker in Private Practice who provides Counselling and Supervision.

I have Bachelor and Master Degree in Social Work from University of NSW. I continued my education professionally over the years and have gain extensive practice based wisdom in my career. Apart from spending many years learning from my clients, witnessing their growth and transformation. I have gained so much from opportunities which currently informs my work. Here is some of the highlights of my experience and education, although learning and growth is an ongoing journey.
