What Is Counselling?

Counselling is a process that enables a person to calmly address their problems and issues, all within a safe, supportive and private space. This form of talk therapy can be used to assist a person to make positive changes and it may help someone accept and integrate a difficult situation in order for them to become more resilient and at peace.
During your counselling session we will use a range of Transpersonal Psychology techniques, with sessions being suitable for people of all ages - Children included.


What Is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a non-invasive form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a persons physical, mental, and emotional well-being. One of the beauties of art as therapy is the ability for you to express your feelings through any form of art. It is typically a way for the soul/self to speak beyond the minds chatter, allowing a dialogue of images or creations to come through, which then can be explored and integrated into more of an awareness for yourself. This can lead to a life filled with more ease, joy and self empowerment.

Therapy Groups & Workshops

A range of professional groups and workshops are also available, with people of all ages benefiting from this form of creative therapy. During a group therapy session or workshop, we will use a range of different modalities including Mediation, Art, Divination Imagery Cards and Music, in order to gain access to the deeper aspects of ourselves and our sub-conscious minds.
