3 Step Approach

We work using a 3 step process called ACE:
  1. Assess: Acquire an understanding of you, your present needs and difficulties, what you might want to accomplish. To comprehend the nature of your thinking and energy, your feeling of engagement and empowerment to ensure transformation is informed by and in relation to your current goals.
  2. Create: Build a targeted and tangible program or plan specific to your current circumstances and in line with your goals.
  3. Enable: Guide, support and provide tools and structure required to allow you to achieve and maintain your goals. Review and monitor the progress and steps toward your goals.



About Jan McLeod

I am a health coach, nutritionist, mentor and speaker situated in Sydney, Australia.

I have created a platform through Mad for Health to teach, enable and motivate the health and wellbeing of my clients.

To help them build a foundation of wellbeing that allows them to unlock the potential to be happier and healthier in life.

I understand that wellbeing is multi-dimensional.

That the your wellbeing impacts how you feel, your sense of vitality and capacity to do and connect with what is important to you in your life.



Demystify fundamentals

I get there are a wide range of messages about what to eat, how to think, how to manage how you feel and foster meaning and purpose.

I also recognise that as life continues to get busier, our ability to eat, think, feel and connect to meaning often feels harder to achieve and sustain.

I created Mad for Health to help you to identify the tools, skills, knowledge, clarity and focus on the fundamentals for reclaiming your health, to live life on your terms.



Tangible, integrated, clarity

As a clinical nutritionist I run a private nutrition, health and wellbeing coaching practice.

I concentrate on endocrine related wellbeing challenges (think thyroid, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, hormonal, digestive), stress management and helping those having issues with making changes to their wellbeing.

I have expertise and skills in areas such as capacity management, stress management, mindfulness, resilience and the concept of the whole brain wellbeing, as well as how to best manage your thoughts and thinking preferences to transform your performance and wellbeing.

My aim is to help my clients achieve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing, both in and out of work.

For individual customers services incorporate Nutrition Consultations, Health Coaching and Client Programs.

What are your services?

Services include Nutrition Consults, Health Coaching and Personal Wellbeing Programs.

Who do I work with?

I focus on working with those who have endocrine related health challenges, wellbeing issues related to stress and busyness and those struggling to make change. For endocrine health think thyroid, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, arthritis, fibromyalgia, hormonal and digestive (GUT) issues. I also work with men & women on preconception care.

How do I prepare for an appointment?

You will be sent a confirmation email with instructions. It will explain the preparation steps, provide a link to the pre-consult questionnaire and templates to complete if relevant.
