Energetic Healing is a branch of complementary alternative medicine and an umbrella term used for any therapy that works with the energy circuits in our physical or subtle bodies to regain balance and help our body’s innate healing mechanisms.

Carrie was intuitively pulled into the realm of Energetic Healing to compliment the work she was already doing in the training, therapeutic and coaching spheres. It was clear to her that there was another level of healing required to enable individuals to achieve their goals and dreams. Carrie trained at Uluru, one of the most powerful places on the planet to attune to the healing powers and energy of all living things.

Some healings may focus on a specific outcome, for example, the use of spiritual and intuitive healing to facilitate forgiveness. You may feel that you have done the necessary forgiveness work to unburden yourself from the pain and anguish inside. However, perhaps you have forgiven on a cognitive level, which does not address the blame, trauma or emotion still stored within the cellular memory. Energetic healing assists to release this cellular memory, so that you can move on and realign with your natural state of love.

Spiritual & Intuitive Healing

There are many elements to spiritual & intuitive healing. Carrie is trained in a range of methods as well as being guided by Divine Spirit and her own Angels to support your wellbeing and healing. This can involve working in your energy systems including: the chakras, meridiens and the aura; clearing energies not in a vibrational match to your true source, and cutting ties to unhelpful energies or beings that block your Divine energy flow. Carrie also provides protection healing, connection with Angel and Spirit guides, and assists you to connect with your ‘higher self’. Clients report experiences including visions, increased awareness and insights, physiological changes, improved understandings and feelings of connection and physical release. Some clients report feeling lighter with significant shifts within their physical and spiritual beings and genuinely feeling at peace.

Inner Child Healing 

John Bradshaw is very well known across the world for his work and writings about co-dependence and assisting people to heal the wounds of the past through their inner child. Inner child energetic healing draws upon many of the principles of inner child work and Carrie can assist you to reclaim your inner child at significant points to release past trauma and blocked emotions in an energetic healing environment on a healing table. This type of healing allows you to reunite and nurture the parts of your inner child that experienced pain. As a child (and as an adult for that matter) you create meanings from what you feel and experience simultaneously, or in close proximity to one another. It is how your brain becomes wired to keep you safe from harm. Reuniting and honouring parts of your inner child with your adult consciousness through compassion and love, assists you to release the emotional grief energy you have been carrying so that you can create a new reality free from the pain of your ‘wounded’ child.

Reiki 

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that is administered by placing the hands on specific parts of your body and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through you and is what causes you to be alive. If your "life force energy" is low, then you are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, you are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Carrie is a Reiki practitioner attuned to certain vibrations and works with Reiki symbols to facilitate your healing and flow of Ki. Reiki includes clearing of the chakras (the body’s energy centres) to aid healing.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Carrie is trained in Reiki 1 & 2.

Access Consciousness TM 

Access Consciousness provides you with ways to become totally aware and to begin to function as the conscious being you truly are. The Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. The Bars store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything. Carrie is trained in ‘Running the Bars’ which are activated by light touch which slows down brain waves, dissipates excess stored electrical energy, shifts aches and pains and opens you up to new possibilities.

Carrie specialises in Re-patterning. Re-patterning is a process through which you are assisted to recognise the patterns that continue to occur in your life that no longer serve you and create new patterns (thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and behaviours) that will create the life that you truly desire. Often you are operating out of old subconscious programming that was initially stored in your subconscious mind as a way of protecting you and may have been due to a traumatic experience. This doesn’t mean that you had to experience severe abuse or neglect in order to have unhelpful programs or patterns. As a child you attached meanings to all the things you experienced. This is a natural process of learning and how your subconscious mind works. Some of those meanings are useful and productive and others are stored in the form of ‘limiting beliefs’ that continue to create and limit what you draw to you in your adult life and experience. One of Carrie’s greatest skills is her ability to quickly identify the patterns that are continuing to repeat in your life that don’t serve you and assist you to make the shift into patterns that align with your higher self and true calling.
