Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage

Massage is safe during pregnancy and can be beneficial in helping to alleviate the aches and pains associated with pregnancy.

In addition to the massage being adapted to accommodate anatomical changes, support pillows and a side lying position are used to offer the support and room for a growing belly.

If you are unsure if prenatal massage is right for you, please visit with your GP prior to your treatment and be sure to inform the therapist of your pregnancy.

MSTR® is a simple and relatively painless technique that improves the appearance of scars, relieves local pain, improves circulation and lymphatic drainage.
